If you or a loved one have been newly diagnosed with cancer, our Centre Services cancer nurses’ specialists are here to answer any questions you might have and work with you to provide a package of support tailored to you or your loved one’s individual needs.

What We Offer

If you have cancer, our services are available to help you manage any symptoms you might be experiencing and support you through your treatment and post treatment recovery. Our Centre nursing team and holistic therapists can provide extra support for you or your loved one from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. Cancer Relief services can be used alongside your medical care; we work in close partnership with the Gibraltar Health Authority.

Centre Services also offers a once-weekly day support programme for those patients and families who may need that little bit of extra support. Our day support services are held every Wednesday and provide additional benefits of individualised tailored support packages for attendees. It is a 12-week program, and combines a social occasion for patients, together with holistic therapies, nurse support, group activities and fun followed by lunch, all facilitated by our wonderful Centre Services nursing team and volunteers. Many of our patients and families tell us that they enjoy coming to day support as they get to spend time with new people and their families have a chance to do something for themselves.

You can enjoy our beautiful garden or patio while you chat to one of our specialist cancer nurses about all the therapies and support available to you. Therapies such as complementary & holistic massage, aromatherapy, counselling, physiotherapy, and creative therapy activities just to name a few.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking facilities available at the Centre. However, set down and pick up options as well as nearby public transport is convenient. The Centre can provide volunteer drivers for transport to the Centre when necessary, however we do encourage patients to make their own way where possible as the number of volunteer drivers is limited.
