Cancer Relief has a fantastic local reputation following the care and support we have provided to the people of Gibraltar for over 40 years.

We are confident that if you are looking to grow your brand awareness within Gibraltar, whilst engaging your colleagues and achieving your Corporate Social Responsibility targets, we can help.

Last year we provided care and support to over 500 people in our community. Our services are always provided free of charge and available to patients and their families who live or work in Gibraltar. However, we must raise £1,500 per day to run all our charity services and we rely on the support and generosity of the local community to help us achieve this.

We are proud of the partnerships we have with our corporate supporters, whether they be small local businesses or larger organisations and we are always looking for new and exciting ways to work together. Pledge Packages

Becoming a Cancer Relief Pledge Partner is a simple and easy way to support us. We have a range of pledge packages to suit your business or organisation: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Our corporate partnerships are made to be mutually beneficial. While you can support us financially by helping us raise crucial funds, we also offer your employees a range of unique experiences and team-building opportunities. Current Sponsors & Partnerships

Abacus

Abacus have committed to regular corporate donations to Cancer Relief over the past few years, totaling over £16,000 each year and significantly impacting the charity’s ability to maintain a steady income throughout the year. This takes a significant weight off the charity’s finances and fundraising requirements, and ensure our nurses will remain available to care for those who most need them in our community. While our nursing and holisitic services remain in demand, this allows the charity to meet the community’s needs securely. We cannot thank Abacus enough for their generous support.

Chestertons

The Specialist Medical Clinic have teamed up with Chestertons Gibraltar to introduce a new Mole Mapping service which will also support Cancer Relief.
The medical technique enables tracking of moles on the skin using total body digital-imaging. Specialist doctors and nurses can identify new skin lesions and set a pathway to assess, monitor and treat moles which are growing or changing shape. For each mole mapping scan at the Specialist Medical Clinic, a substantial donation would be made to Cancer Relief Gibraltar. Our heartfelt thanks to Chestertons and the Specialist Medical Clinic for choosing to support Cancer Relief with this fantastic initiative.

Trust Novus Bank

In 2024, Trusted Novus have generously committed to sponsor our counselling services for the next three years! Facing cancer is an incredibly challenging journey and this commitment ensures that patients and their loved ones receive the emotional and psychological care they need during such difficult times, making a significant difference in their lives. It also supports the charity in reinforcing our mission to promote mental health awareness and support within our community. Thanks to Trusted Novus for their sponsorship, we can be confident in our ability to provide essential counselling services for all current and future patients and their families.

Barzilai Foundation

In 2024, Barzilai Foundation further committed to their ongoing collaboration with Cancer Relief by expanding their Hardship Grant Program, providing sponsorship to our financial assistance programme. This programme allows us to offer emergency support to individuals impacted by cancer who face urgent financial need. In May, however, they further provided essential funding for our new physical therapy service, allowing us to launch this wonderful new service with confidence and security. The entire Cancer Relief team extends a heartfelt thank you to Barzilai Foundation for believing and investing in what we do as a charity, and more importantly for helping us deliver essential services and support for our community.

Special Medical Clinic & Gibmed

Playtech

Playtech have long been supporters of Cancer Relief and have continued their support in 2024, committing £15,000 to the charity which will sponsor the cost of a nurse for 6 months. Playtech's commitment to supporting the charity means the world to us! This donation will allow us to continue delivering our high standard of clinical, emotional and holistic care and support to all our services users at no cost, and will make a profound difference to the lives of the many individuals and their families who use our service. GBC Open Day Trust

Cancer Relief has been so fortunate to have been one of the beneficiaries of GBC’s Open day fundraising efforts for many years now. These donations from GBC Open Day have been the backbone of Cancer Relief’s yearly fundraising efforts and have helped us meet the financial requirements necessary to keep the Centre open and our services freely available to all who need us. GBC’s incredible fundraising efforts enable the community to take an active part in ensuring our local charities get the support they so desperately need. We are so very grateful for their continued support, we simply couldn’t continue to do what we do without them.
