Our first ever Christmas Wreath Workshop was a resounding success! In collaboration with Boyd’s and the Gibraltar Horticultural Services, we hosted an interactive workshop where participants were shown how to create their own beautiful decorative wreath under the expert guidance of Annabelle and her team from the Gibraltar Horticultural Society. This hands-on workshop was the perfect way to kick off the festive season and get into the Christmas spirit!
Whilst participants crafted their wreaths, they enjoyed delicious Christmas treats of mince pies and mulled wine which added to the Christmassy atmosphere.
The event was a sell out and we even had a waiting list for tickets as many people wanted the opportunity to get creative, learn a new craft and create something special for their homes for Christmas.
The results were magnificent considering hardly anyone had any experience, with many turning out like professional products. Annabelle and her team provided excellent practical demonstrations and supported all our crafty Christmas creatives with their ideas and execution.
We also held a raffle with a beautiful hamper donated by Star of India.
