Cancer Relief was delighted to once again host our annual Christmas Wreath Workshop, a much-loved festive event that brought supporters, friends and members of the community together in the spirit of the season.

This year, we were pleased to offer both morning and evening sessions, giving more people the opportunity to take part. Each session provided a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, where participants could enjoy getting creative while spending time with others. The morning group started the day with tea, coffee and festive treats, while the evening session was accompanied by mulled wine and mince pies, adding to the warmth and Christmas cheer.

Guided by Annabelle from the Gibraltar Horticultural Society, participants were supported throughout the workshop with expert advice and encouragement. Using a beautiful selection of local foliage and greenery, guests created their own unique Christmas wreaths to take home, with many commenting on how enjoyable and rewarding the experience was.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Capurro for their generous support, to the Gibraltar Horticultural Society and Annabelle for sharing their expertise, to the team at Boyds for kindly providing the venue, and to our dedicated volunteers whose time and commitment ensured the workshop ran smoothly.

Events like these play an important role in bringing our community together while helping us continue to support individuals and families affected by cancer in our community. We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped make the day such a success, and for supporting the vital work of Cancer Relief.
