As National Grief Awareness Week draws to a close, we share our Glowing Memories 2025 Ceremony, a time to honour, remember and celebrate the lives of those we hold close. While it can be difficult when someone you love is no longer here, it is also a time to pause, reflect and celebrate their memory.
